TGIF! what?

I get to hear that flying, hugging, sweet stress relieving phrase every week, and i guess it's beginning to bore you as it bores me too. Common, who doesn't feel the adrenaline spiraling down their spine as CLOSE TIME approaches, with the guys making calls for the weekend ( You dare not forget the EPL!) and the ladies hooking up for the red carpet events and parties. one gets to really wonder, if they are "TGIF"ing because they worked hard or because they are lethargic. Anyways, I bet the latter!

Clearly, there are two schools of thoughts. The ones who worked hard through the week and need to unwind after meeting targets, achieving deadlines coupled with the ever self attaching traffic (Traffic in Lagos must be PMS -its unpredictably terrible). This crew, which i know you belong to, needs rest because  they worked well and can't wait even wait till Monday - maybe because they are passionate about their jobs, goal driven or they have a spouse who is the zonal commander for Devil's Inc.

And we do have our Majority Few, who just loves the TGIF for the reason that they are the Propietors and Ambassadors of The Culture of laziness. Ask this crew what they achieved over the week and you'll hear, " well, i went to work and came back from work". Without mincing words, the bottomline is this, SHOULD I REALLY SAY TGIF?

Do ask yourself, if you achieved something worthwhile this week. If you did, Bravo! You deserve the world weight champion TGIF else, *clears throat*  I comment my reserve.
Do have a fabulous Unwinding and to all my football fans, I leave you this:http://www.odikogoddy.blogspot.com.ng/2015/10/english-premier-league-predict-and-win.html
